Why Should I Make My Film Inclusive?
11/06 THU 18:00 KIC

The panel discussion is dedicated to inclusivity in the audiovisual arts and will focus on adapting films for deaf and hard-of-hearing as well as blind and visually impaired audiences. Participants include Maja Ogrizović, founder of the projects Film svima and Kultura svima, director and animator Jelena Oroz, whose films have been made inclusive for different audience groups, and Antonio Pavlović from the Centre for Audio Description.
The panel is conceived as an open space for exchanging questions about who our films are still inaccessible to and how this can be changed through production and creative processes, as well as how inclusivity changes the way audiences experience film.
