Synopsis

Workshop film made by young animators during VIS - Vienna Independent Shorts. The young participants exploring and recording Vienna's soundscapes, edit a soundtrack they interpret with animation technique using papers, sands and objects.

Ottomani Laboratori

For more than 10 years Ottomani, based in Bologna in Italy, has designed and built workshops developing animated films with children and youth. In the last few years Ottomani has held Frequenze animate workshop, a project based on exploring and recording sounds and soundscapes. Ottomani are: Michela Donini, Roberto Paganelli, Noemi Bermani, Andrea Martignoni.
