Synopsis
June 2013, it’s the long-awaited event at the Youth Cultural Center of the city Brick-by-the-Sea. The end-of-year show for the drama option. Some mumble their lines in the toilets, others give a final kohl stroke backstage. Then, through a chain of untimely events, the two stars of the play From pebble to pebble find themselves stuck outside the theatre. As performance time approaches, the coordinator grows impatient and the rest of the pebbles seem to pay attention to everything except their absence.
Charlotte appeared on a Wednesday, lived well, studied a bit, drew well and made a film about pebbles. All along this journey, Charlotte was very happy and ate sweets regularly. Graduated from the Arts Décoratifs de Paris. It was here that she discovered the joy of animated film through cartoon and swoosh movements, a field that interested her since adolescence which she hadn't yet dared to try. After many wonderful encounters, a few readings and a lot of laughter sitting in a cinema seat, she continues to create, but now finishes her films. You'd think it was her, her head and hands in front of the paper, but a story for her doesn't just happen. There's that reggaeton in her ears, breadcrumbs under the sheet and sunshine in her heart.
