Synopsis


Lulina draws her greatest fears over the infinite white ground of the Moon. Magically, her illustrations come to life and teach her that her problems aren't as monstrous as her imagination painted them.

Alois Di Leo


Alois Di Leo is a director, producer, writer and animator. He founded the animation studio SINLOGO Animation. Alois has done commercials, music videos and short films. His work has been showcased all around the globe as well as on some of the most important online platforms such as Vimeo Staff Picks, IDN, AWN and Short of the Week. His first short film, The Boy Who Wanted to Be a Lion, was screened at over 70 festivals around the world, including Cannes Critique, Hiroshima, Annecy and São Paulo, and won several awards, notably the Lotte Reiniger Promotion Award for best animated film in the Stuttgart Festival of Animated Film. His second short film, Way of Giants, premiered in 2016 at the prestigious Annecy Festival.

 

Marcus Vinícius Vasconcelos


Marcus Vinícius Vasconcelos is partner and founder of Teremim Studio, where he works as an animator, screenwriter, director and producer. His short films have been selected  at dozens of festivals worldwide including Annecy, Havana, Hiroshima and Melbourne. They have received important awards such as Best Animation in Havana Film Festival, Best Short Film in Brasília and Rio Film Festivals, and others. As an animator, Marcus has collaborated on several projects, such as Nadia Mangolini’s short film, Tower (voted best film by the public and the critics and best art direction at Gramado Film Festival), and Alê Abreu’s feature film, The Boy and the World (more than 40 awards, including an Oscar Nomination, Annecy Cristal Prize and Best Indie Feature Film – Annie Award).
