Synopsis
The star fell in love with the ocean, but this love was never reciprocated.
Tzuting Lee was born in Taitung, Taiwan. She graduated from the Department of Communications Design at Shih Chien University, Taipei, Taiwan. She is expected to complete a Master's degree in Animation at the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts in 2025.
