Govinda Sao

Govinda Sao is an animation filmmaker and illustrator from India. He graduated from the Animation Film Design program at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. His animated film Maatitel was recognized with the Lotte Reiniger Award at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival 2024 and has been featured at various national and international film festivals. Govinda’s work spans illustration, animation project development, storyboarding, visual development, and graphic narratives, reflecting his passion for storytelling and design.
