Synopsis
Joko is a grotesque vision of eternal exploitation and domination of man over man, full of absurd humor and the macabre.
Izabela Plucińska is a multi-award-winning Polish animator and director who lives and works in Berlin. She has developed her own technique for creating animated films: she films figures that she herself makes from clay and plasticine. Thanks to this special way of animation, the director manages to achieve the effect of smooth penetration of colors and even ‘painting’ with plasticine.
