EUGEN BILANKOV was born in 1995 in Split, where he attended workshops at Kino Klub Split after finishing high school. In 2017, he graduated in Film and Video from the Arts Academy University of Split, and later completed his studies in Animation at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 2023. Since 2016, he has been working as a video creator. His graduation animated film Windows from the South (2024) was screened in the competition program at Animafest Zagreb and was selected for the official graduation film selection at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
