Cecilia Andalón Delgadillo was born in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1990. She holds a degree in Visual Arts from the University of Guadalajara. Her graduation thesis was on stop-motion short films made in Guadalajara. She worked as head of the painting and texture department in the animation feature film Inzomnia by Luis Téllez, and in the props department of the feature film Pinocchio by Guillermo del Toro. She also worked on the stop-motion animation short films Canción de noche by Karla Castañeda, La casa de la memoria (2020) by Sofía Rosales, See You Soon by Jeniffer Skarbnik and the music video Lo muerto for the rock band Cuca.
