Synopsis

Fun to Cook “World’s Best Food” is an experimental film that explores extraterrestrial cuisine. It investigates qualities of Otherness in relation with how humans connect with food. Cooking is not only a method of survival, but it contains and reveals mankind’s identity through culture and history. The film uses various techniques such as, mold casting, compositing, live action, and 3D animation.

„My art practice has helped me create a very special experience. One thing that inspires me to create art is how it makes my heart pound. This effect it has on me physiologically impacts me most when I am immersed in art. I always give 100% to any art project that I indulge in. I have a passion for art and creating art gives me great satisfaction. I like to break the mould, and try things that are not traditional. Without art, I find life to be banal and vapid. Creating art is what makes me stand out from the crowd.“
