Synopsis


The fire is born, transforms itself along the way and meets with their original self once again.

Jessica Menzel


Jéssica Menzel graduated in journalism at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). In 2016, she was awarded with the Rui Bianchi Award, offered by the State of São Paulo, in the category of print journalism, for the article Se não podes ver, repara (If you can't see, notice it). Since 2018, she has been writing articles for newspapers and scripts and other texts for content producers. In 2021, she produced and directed short documentary Quem Monta um Palco Vazio? (Who Sets an Empty Stage?) for the Nonada Jornalismo Cultural communication group; the film discusses the lives of backstage professionals who had their lives affected by the COVID pandemic.
