Daniel Bird is a British-French director based in Prague. In his early twenties he animated, built puppets and edited for the surrealist filmmaker Jan Švankmajer. In his thirties he became Greenpeace International’s in-house film-maker, creating live-action and animated environmental campaign films. His company Wit & Wisdom continues this work for a wide range of NGOs.
