Synopsis

When the wellspring that sustains the ecosystem dries out, its cry for help triggers a process which uses all of the world’s resources to build a tower. This seems to have a destructive effect on the environment, but the tower has only one purpose: to resurrect the wellspring.

Melinda Kádár (1987, Alba Iulia, Romania) dabbled in many different ways of self- expression before finding animation to be her one true love. She enjoys observing the intricate patterns and anomalies that the world is made up of, and would like to translate those into her work, pushing the boundaries of animation as far out as she can in an attempt to express those shared human experiences that other media may not be able to.
