Synopsis

Vitello doesn’t play with girls, and Kamma, his new neighbour, is definitely a girl. A girl who says she has a crazy hamster. Vitello really wants to see it, but when he visits her, Kamma suddenly informs Vitello that he is her boyfriend.

Dorte Bengtson

Dorte Bengtson has worked in animation since 1996. She graduated as animation director from the National Film School of Denmark in 2008. Her graduation film The Sylpphid screened in the Cinéfondation programme of the Cannes Film Festival in 2009, as well as the Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Her next short, Skyggedyret (2013), also proved a great festival success. In 2018, she directed her debut feature, Vitello, as well as her first TV series of the same name.
