Synopsis

Love, absence, projections, chemistry. In a Romanian town, around mid-21st century, different people take part (by themselves or in couples) in live experiences generated and influenced by their own subconscious, in virtual reality rooms. The company renting these holo-decks to the public is called The White Box.

Mihai Pacurar

Mihai Pacurar is a video artist and animator living and working in Romania. After graduating from the National Universtity of Arts in Bucharest in 2002, he has worked as a stage designer and video artist on over 50 theatre shows, various events for the advertising industry and personal and group art projects regarding multimedia. Also, between 2007 and 2015, he has worked as a creative director for the art publications TATAIA, Infinitezimal and pop culture magazine REPUBLIK.
