Synopsis

"Tanabata" is based on the ancient Japanese legend of two star-crossed lovers. A daughter of the Sky King and her lover, banished from seeing each other, can meet only once a year across the Milky Way River on July 7th.

Annie is currently a student studying for her BA in Film Animation with a minor degree in music at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She is Japanese and Honduran, now residing in Ontario, Canada. Her works are mostly made digitally but often combine with traditional animation. She is a graphic artist, a pianist, and a passionate animator.
