Synopsis

Dialogosis an experimental animation film, where all the visual material is drawn directly on the film print. It is based on absurd humour. The subject of the film is a modern hi-tech society, with too many sign systems.

Ülo Pikkov

Ülo Pikkov (1976) graduated from the Institute of Law, University of Tartu in 2005, and from the Turku School of Art and Media in 1998. Since 2006 he has been Associate Professor at the Estonian Academy of Arts, Department of animation, and since 2004 a legal expert of Estonian Film Foundation. He has illustrated a dozen books for different writers. His films include Dialogos (2008), Taste of Life (2006), The Year of the Monkey (2003), The Headless Horseman (2001), Bermuda (1998), Cappuccino (1996) among others.
