Vladimir Leschiov (1970) works as an animator, director and producer. He studied animation at the Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Sweden. Since 2005 he has taught animation at the Latvian Academy of Arts. In 2007 he founded the animation studio Lunohod in Riga, Latvia. His recent films are Insomnia (2004), Lost in Snow (2007), Wings and Oars (2009), 96 (2010).
