On Tuesday 23 March the Croatian Filmhouse hosted a press conference announcing the selection results for this year's Animafest, as well as basic information about this edition of the festival.

In addition to the festival art director Krešimir Zimonić and producers Olinka Vištica and Vjera Matković, the festival team was joined by committee members: filmmaker Matija Pisačić, member of the Grand Competition selection committee, and Božidar Trkulja, film critic, member of the Student Competition selection committee.

The 20th anniversary of Animafest, World Festival of Animated Film, i.e. its short film edition is held 1-6 June in Zagreb at the Europa, Tuškanac and Movieplex cinemas.
