Synopsis

One day, a sea otter comes to Hiro and Hana's café “Fantastic Spoon”. He is feeling sad.

Ayako Kishi

Ayako Kishi was born in Tokyo, Japan. She graduated from the Kuwasawa Design School. She founded STUDIO A. CRAFT in 2002 and is currently living in Kanagawa. Her works include picture books, magazine covers, package design, stationaries, and interior design, spanning various techniques – short stop-motion animation, illustrations, mixed media, and needle felting. All of her work contains a narrative, hopefully adding a spoonful of fantasy to everyday life.
