Synopsis
The MSU building transforms into a factory where art is produced as though on an assembly line. On one side all the diversity of cultures, beliefs, emotions and human values enters, gets processed, dispersed, combined, for various artistic products to come out on the other end. When the production line stops, art stops as well. This work examines the role of art in society, the role of MSU in that process, as well as the role of art as a product.
Boris Hergešić graduated with a degree in sculpture from the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts. He works in 3D animation and new media. His works Aquarium (2013) and Lunatic (2016) were presented in Animafest's programme Animation goes MSU!
