Synopsis


A woman is watched every day by the neighbor’s cat, as she takes care of her exotic plants. This perverted ritual comes to an end when the cat disappears. Next spring a peculiar stranger pays her a visit.

Nadja Andrasev


Nadja Andrasev is a Hungarian animation filmmaker. After having worked in the live action film industry as an assistant director and in various other production jobs in 2002, she attended Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Budapest 2009-2015 and earned an MA in animation. She made two short films in collaboration with her classmates – No Smokin and Zséman – as well as festival IDs for KAFF and Kiskakas Animation Celebration. Her MA graduation film The Noise of Licking and related thesis paper received the Rector’s Award in the Media Department in 2015. Besides developing her own projects as a director and designer, she has been production managing animated graduation films from MOME as well as other independent short animations.
