The city sleeps beneath monotonous grey clouds. Very few people remember brightness and blue sky. Even though in harbour taverns one can often hear a song saying that ‘the clouds will be driven away by wind when a thousand suns lights up in the streets’, it seems as though no one is counting on the fair weather ever to return. Besides, the sailors are the only ones to frequent these taverns. There is a ship docked in the harbour. A sailor alights and enters the city. Walking along the streets he notices sun graffiti. He goes in a night club; there are fighters dressed as an angel and a devil. The devil knocks the angel down and the lights go off. After a break and dark, in the empty ring, a girl changes the light bulb on a high ladder. In the streets, the number of sun graffiti multiplies. In the empty club the girl dances in the ring, alone. On the roof of a skyscraper, a boy takes a wide brush and paints the thousandth sun. The city labyrinth joins the harbour. The sailor goes back to his ship.
