Stéphanie Sergeant, was born in 1983 in Villeneuve-St-Georges, France.  She is a graduate of the Graphic Arts Department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow (2009), where she studied at Professor Jerzy Kucia's Animated Film Studio. Her first film żywa linia (2008) was awarded honourable mention at the 14th Polish Festival of Original Animated Film (OFAFA) in Krakow.
